My Solo Ad Trader, yet another traffic sign up bonus site to add to your network of free traffic sites. I have to tell you though, I am kind of getting a little bit concerned with all these generic traffic sites that keep popping up. They all kind of look the same, have the same features, benefits, and they all offer a sign up bonus until so many members are reached. It's just weird, that's all.

This is either do to a certain affiliate script being sold that is a hot buy, or the same webmaster is opening up a bunch of similar sites to test the market out and to see which theme does the best. I'm guessing it's the latter on this one.

Anyway, My Solo Ad Trader is offering its member a free $5.00 sign up bonus until they reach 1,000 members. I think they will probably extend the sign up bonus as I see a lot of these traffic sites doing. Other than that, there really isn't anything too special about My Solo Ad Trader. I'm kidding!! You get the usual free credits for signing up as well. I believe there is 1000 points to take advantage of when you sign up.

These ad networks have proven to be a hassle for me in terms of advertising. In my opinion, I believe Safelists to be much more easier to work with. It's just more convenient to get e-mails sent to you and also knowing that your ads are being sent by e-mail. This takes out the extra step of a member having to log into their back office just to view the ads. My Solo Ad Trader does offer solo ads, but you'll usually have to pay for it. If you read any of my earlier posts, you'll know my opinion of paying for advertising on sites where you can already get it for free isn't a good idea.

Here is something you can work on, it's not the easiest pattern to master in all 12 keys, but it's a good Jazz exercise to work. This major triad pair combination from the Coltrane Matrix can be used on a lot of different styles of music, especially modal tunes.

How to memorize this pattern in all 12 keys:

There really isn't any trick to memorizing this Jazz pattern in 12 keys. The main advice I can give you is that a lot of repetition and hard work will get you there. Basically, all you are doing in the above example is playing the major triad of the fourth and fifth degree of the C major scale. I don't stick to a solid pattern when I work on the lick. I just skip around going through all 12 keys until I find a pattern that sounds really hip, then I lean on that pattern.

As I recommend with all free traffic sites, definitely take advantage of the free advertising, but don't put any money into these programs as I foresee you being disappointed. Unless you really do your due diligence and see it fit to invest in these free traffic sites, I usually don't see the point in paying for advertising I can get for free. You know what I mean?

Refer other free members to Vital Ads and you'll be able to earn a whopping 5% off the points they earn through being active as a member. I know it doesn't sound like much, but simply referring other free members can provide you with free traffic in Vital Profits for years to come. That is as long as Vital Profits stays in business for years to come. We can only hope and pray.

Leroy Jones trumpet solo on Bourbon Street Parade

Leroy Jones doesn't start taking his trumpet solo until the 3:15 mark on the video. Craig Klein took a very energetic trombone solo as well but if you want to skip ahead, feel free to do so. Leroy Jones does some circular breathing on a G above the staff, pretty cool if you ask me. I guess I'm writing about Leroy Jones because I recently had the opportunity to see Leroy perform live at the New Orleans 2009 Satchmo Summer Festival. It was a great show. I didn't know that Leroy Jones did a lot of singing.

I always liked Leroy Jones' trumpet sound. He has a very unique trumpet sound that is very light and mellow and easy to pick out among other Jazz trumpet players out there.

Is it just me, or does Harry Connick Jr look really young in this video?

My List Frog includes a list building sign up bonus

I've never been a big fan of 100% free to join list building websites because I usually build my mailing list through my own efforts, but My List Frog looks like it may have some potential. On top of being a free to join traffic site off the bat, My List Frog will also give you a $5.00 sign up bonus just for joining. I don't know why, but for some reason My List Frog doesn't advertise their $5.00 sign up bonus on their main website. I thought that was really odd because it should really be one of their main selling points.

Of course My List Frog states that you can increase your traffic, sales, and sign ups to over 200%. Don't fall for that. I only see My List Frog as being a free traffic source and nothing more. With only a little over 2,000 members, I don't see how My List Frog could possibly increase your sales that much.

Being a free member of My List Frog, you'll be able to mail 400 members every nine days. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but it's almost like increasing your mailing list by 400 people. That's kind of how I envision all these free traffic sites, as adding more members to my referral base almost instantly.

You'll also get 15% commissions off of all the referrals you bring into the traffic company. My List Frog also has a downline builder. I wouldn't rely to heavily on it though as most members you refer will probably never look at it. This is only due to the downline builder being a little bit buried in the site.

My List Frog can also be added to one of the annoying traffic sites that shows you multiple ads before you can make it to your back office. I don't know why this annoys me so much, but it just does. I don't mind getting one ad before I log in, but two, or three ads is just going overboard with the advertising.

Use the teachings of The Secret to build your wealth online

Have you heard of The Secret yet? Have you heard of The Secret, but haven't been actively applying The Secret to your life? Either way, as crazy as this theory sounds, in my opinion it really does work. The law of attraction is inevitable and should be taken seriously in your everyday life.

The biggest improvement I've seen in my life since I've started practicing the teachings of The Secret is the increase of cash flow coming to me. I am passionate about making money, I always visualize money coming to me. I just know that I know I'm a money magnet! Some are skeptical, but I'm here to say that I'm not one of them.

I won't go into too much detail on all of this, but I found a good video that introduces the first 20 minutes of The Secret movie. The video gives a good introduction to what The Secret is all about. I have the 4 disc audio set and listen to it when I drive to stay positive.

Fourth pattern going up chromatically you can mess around with

I know you're going to laugh at how simple this fourth pattern is. Simply going up in half steps with a fourth in between doesn't sound too difficult. The reason I posted this fourth pattern as a Jazz lick is because it really can come in handy over modal tunes and Dominant chords that last awhile and you want to take your Jazz solo outside a little bit.

How to learn this fourth pattern in 12 keys:

Since this Jazz lick goes up chromatically, you'll really only have to learn it once. Just know that the pattern is up a fourth from the first note you start on, then up a half step from the first note you started on. The Jazz lick simply repeats this same pattern over and over again.

The cool thing you can do with this fourth pattern is mess around with it rhythm wise. Find and create different variations of this chromatic fourth pattern that you like best. Since this is music, there are no limits on what creative 4th pattern variations you can come up with.
